Can I place an order for an item that is currently out of stock?

No. Sometimes an item sells out temporarily but please call us at 214-727-3247 or email us at help@thefactory231.com to check on status of item.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, only if shipped to a Georgia state address. We are required only to charge sales tax in states in which we have a physical retail presence.

How do I report a damaged item/I received the wrong Item?

We guarantee our products. All items are inspected before we ship from TheFactory231. We will accept damaged merchandise for a refund or exchange, depending on our current inventory. All damages must be reported to us within 30 days of the day the order shipped from TheFactory231. Items must be returned to us in original packaging. If you wish to report a damaged item, please call our Customer Service at 214-727-3247 or email us help@thefactory231.com. A member of our team will contact you within two (2) business days with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions on how to proceed.
