Please accept our deepest apologies if any of our products need repair. Please contact us to help@thefactory231.com to arrange any repairs. All repairs are handled on a case-by-case basis. Charges are assessed once a photo of the item for repair has been received and evaluated by the Repair Representative.
If your order arrives broken or in an unacceptable condition, please inform the repairs department immediately. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience if this occurs and there will be no charge for this kind of repair. Please email us to help@thefactory231.com to arrange any repairs. Please ship the order back within 15 days to avoid any delays.
Repairs or alterations that have been done outside of the THE FACTORY 231 repairs department completely void any THE FACTORY 231 warranty, and the items will not be able to be serviced by the THE FACTORY 231 repairs team.

How to care for your silver jewelry
Always put your jewelry on last—after applying moisturizer, makeup, or perfume—to protect it from chemicals.
Wear it often, but remember to remove it before showering, swimming, exercising, or washing your hands.
Store your pieces in an airtight box, making sure they’re completely dry.
Cleaning tips
For solid silver, use a silver polishing cloth.
Storage advice
Keep your jewelry in a dry, airtight container. Use dividers to prevent scratching.
If you live in a humid place, add a small packet of desiccant (like silica gel) to help absorb moisture.
Watches Warranty
“Thank you for choosing The Factory 231. Your watch is covered by a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. We don't cover normal wear and tear or batteries, crystal, watch case, strap, bracelet, loss or theft. We will not accept a warranty claim or repair request if a watch has evidence of excessive wear or misuse.
