I DON’T SEE MY RING SIZE AVAILABLE – WHAT DO I DO? 

THE FACTORY 231 would love to keep all ring sizes in stock for our valued customers so orders ship without a wait. However due to the custom nature of our products, all rings cannot be stocked in all sizes. To check ring size availability, please email help@thefactory231.com.

HOW LONG DOES THE BATTERY OF THE WATCH LAST?

The battery lifetime depends on the usage. In theory, the battery of your timepiece needs to be replaced every 2 years on average. A watchmaker can quickly perform this simple service for you. We strongly advise against leaving a dead battery inside a watch for long periods of time to avoid any damage. The watch battery reference is: SR626SW

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders typically take 3 to 5 days to be delivered if we have the piece in stock. The Factory 231 Pieces Are Made to Order and Will Take 2-3 Weeks (Business Days) to Handmade  Before Shipping. Please email us at help@thefactory231.com if you need this order to arrive for a specific date and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

ARE ANY ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM DISCOUNT CODES?

Discount codes cannot be applied to sale items or combined with other offers.

HOW DO I REPORT A DAMAGED ITEM/I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

We guarantee our products. All items are inspected before we ship from TheFactory231. We will accept damaged merchandise for a refund or exchange, depending on our current inventory. All damages must be reported to us within 30 days of the day the order shipped from TheFactory231. Items must be returned to us in original packaging. If you wish to report a damaged item, please call our Customer Service at 214-727-3247 or email us help@thefactory231.com. A member of our team will contact you within two (2) business days with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions on how to proceed.
